Lightrail Instructions 

We are a 10-15 minute walk from the SODO Lightrail station. When you exit the train, you can walk toward the S Lander crossing, and cross the street along the path next to the tracks. Admire multiple local murals as you come toward the Franz Bakery Outlet (it smells amazing). Cross 6th ave and continue straight (we suggest staying to the right for better accessibility). Cross Airport way, and make a right, and you'll see our building just after the old Ranier Brewery!

Bus Instructions 

The 124 bus drops off directly in front of our building- so convenient! If you take public transit and would like to avoid a walk, the 124 will drop you directly in front of our location. Simply cross the street and approach the furthest building in the complex near the trees under the overpass, and you'll see our elevator bay!

Parking Instructions

This space features three garages, which are all for use. The main garage you can turn into at the Urban Storage offices, and park anywhere there. If this lot is full, there are two more lots- Drive past the urban storage office and make a left; this will take you up a steep hill that has access bays for 2 separate garages. ​

Building Entrance Instructions 

This is a secured building- which means it's very safe- but also a bit of a hassle to get into. When you arrive, you can head into the bay just past the storage unit office. There is a dial pad and two elevators. You can dial 918 on the pad, or you can call (206) 412 8744, and we will come meet you at the elevators and bring you up to the studio space!
